The 2007 National Native American Boxing Championships will be held at the Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino Event Center, July 5–7 in Tulsa Oklahoma.

Sponsored by Osage Million Dollar Elm Casino; the National Native American Boxing Championships are organized by the Native American Sports Council (NASC) in cooperation with National Indian Athletic Association (NIAA) and sanctioned by USA Boxing, the national governing body of Olympic-Style amateur boxing. As a Group Member of USA Boxing, the NASC and its sanctioned events abide by all USAB’s official rules, regulations and policies.

Since 2001, the NASC has identified over 68 boxing clubs that are in Native American communities and reservations and supports their efforts to continue encourage young Indian boxers who are also participating in numerous Golden Gloves, Silver Gloves, PAL and USA Boxing events across the nation.

NASC believes it is well positioned to conduct an effective development program which will enable selected Native American Boxers to become Olympic qualifies for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
